We can provide you with an estimate based on a Concept or Planning Application Drawing, which is useful to help establish your likely outlay for the project.

Alternatively, we can create a detailed estimate based on Working or Building Control drawings this will enable you to review your quotations from Builders with the confidence that you know what you should be paying.

It is essential that you provide a plan of the existing and proposed. This can be posted to us directly, or emailed in a tiff, jpeg or PDF format. We need to scale into your drawings so each drawing needs a vertical and horizontal measurement. We also need a vertical ceiling height. We will send you an e-mail confirmation to say we have imported the drawing correctly and may ask for specification verification. If we can get this information, it enables us to scale and trace exactly, which provides a true cost estimate.
