We can create a Bill of Quantities, Labour, Plant and Material Schedules, payment Schedule and Programme of Works.

We can make an allowance at a pre-determined profit percentage on Labour, Materials, Sub Contract and Plant Hire, this can be altered, as you require.

You can choose the depth of information and also what service you require.We can establish a basic cost price derived from a Concept or Planning Drawing for a feasibility study or you can opt for the full service based on Detailed Working or Building Regulation Drawings.
